Arizona BMW Z Series Club

We're all set for our Christmas luncheon drive to the Hassayampa Inn on Saturday December 9th.

We'll meet on Carefree Highway at the Albertson's shopping center 1/4 mile east of Interstate 17. Let's meet at 9 AM and depart at about 9:15 AM. We plan to arrive at the hotel at about 11:30 and sit for the meal at about 12:15. There will be a cash bar set up in our banquet room, the Marina room.

Our route will be west on Carefree Hwy and then north on 93 to Wickenburg where we will have a 15 minute comfort break. Then we will travel north on Hwy 89 to Yarnell and finally into Prescott. There is a fork in the highway north of Wickenburg. The left fork takes you to Kingman on Hwy 93 DO NOT TAKE THIS ROAD instead, bear to the right on Hwy 89 to Yarnell and Peoples Valley.

We need to be out of the Marina room by no later then 3 PM because there is another group scheduled to follow us. This should give us plenty time to eat slowly and stuff ourselves really good, something we all need !!!! It will also allow plenty time for socializing before and after the meal.

Please remember to arrive with a full fuel tank and bring along your club radio. It will be cold so dress warmly.

I just made arrangements for our club to have the annual Christmas party at the Hassayampa Inn in Prescott on Saturday, December 9th. This will be our fourth visit there for Christmas.

We'll be having a super spread luncheon banquet including Prime Rib, Shrimp, Scallops and chicken, along with all the trimmings, rolls, and an assortment of desert options. This will be a real feast and something for everyone's taste preferences. My advice? Skip breakfast!

We plan to arrive at approximately 11:30 AM and sit for lunch at 12:15 AM. There will be a cash bar in the room. Oh yes, we will be in a new room called the Marina and it is half again bigger than the Arizona room where we have had it in the past.

The cost is $28 per person + tax which includes your selected (soft drink) beverage and gratuity. We are getting a special discounted rate on the room rental and the club will pick up that expense.

Please email back ASAP with your RSVP. We need an accurate head count for this event.
