08/23/2014 - Someplace in Oak Creek TBD
We (that's the "Royal We") decided to tour on Saturday, August 23rd. Right now we are considering a drive to the Junipine Lodge and Cafe in Oak Creek Canyon. We would do this the long way by driving up to Payson and then HWY 87 to Flagstaff and drop down into Oak Creek From Flagstaff (roughly this route).

I checked and discovered the roads are open, newly paved through Oak Creek and everyone has recovered from the fire damage.
In any case, please consider this day for a club tour even though the destination may change. I'll get a detailed email out to everyone in the near future.
