Christmas Party - Saturday, 12/12/15
2015 CLUB CHRISTMAS PARTY Saturday, December 12th arrive at 4:30 PM for Hors D'oeuvres and socializing
The annual club Christmas party will be held at the Ebeyer residence at 9777 East Granite Peak Trail Scottsdale, AZ 85262 Please refer to the attachment for directions and please do not park in the driveway, there is ample parking at the curb, thank you.
Please plan to arrive at about 4:30. We'll have a lot of Hors D'oeuvres upon arrival and the main meal will be served at about 6:00 PM. Soft drinks, coffee, water and ice tea will be available. Last time we did this folks brought their own wine, beer & hard stuff., there was plenty to go around. We'll have ice chests you can use for your beverages if they require chilling.
Here's the menu: Menu: Pulled Pork, Roast Chicken Pieces, Barbecue Sauce, Au Gratin Potatoes, Cole Slaw Lightly Dressed with extra on the side, Cinnamon Baked Apple Slices, Buns, Dinner Rolls, Butter. In addition to this we will have a lot of Hors D'oeuvres and a wide and tasty selection of desserts :-)
Please bring your club name tag which is most likely in your Z car which you may not be driving to the party. A jacket or sweater would be a good idea, the forecast for Saturday the 12th in Carefree is going to be around 45 degrees during party time. We do have 5 propane heaters rented and that was plenty last time we had the party here. You won't need your club radio, our home isn't THAT big ! HA HA
