I hadn’t planned on sending out the July 4th dinner info
until after our June 18th tour
but since that is passed, now is the time to get the word out for July
3rd.
I have
already
received some
RSVP’s for the July
3rd
dinner so I
thought I better get the information out and start getting more RSVP’s.
First
of all, Dillon’s was booked up on both Saturday July 2nd and
Monday July 4th so
our dinner event will be on Sunday July 3rd
In the past, most of us arrive somewhere between
5 and 5:30 PM and sit at the bar and have a drink. Eventually, we find
our dinner seats and plan on placing orders for a meal around 6:00 PM or
shortly thereafter. There is no group gathering point for the drive to
Dillon’s, just arrive at Dillon’s when you can.
Dillon’s is located at 20585 N. 59th Ave
Glendale 85308 ph 623 566 8100. It’s very easy to find. Get off the 101
at 59th ave and drive north about ½ mile and Dillon’s is on
the right side of 59th ave facing the street. This will be
our 8th-year conducting this event, needless to say the Covid situation
made this event impossible last year.
Since I already
have some RSVP’s, I began filling in the attendance list.
PLEASE RSVP so I can get a good head count for the
restaurant.
The club will be
picking up the tab for those delicious onion rings, all you can eat😊
