MODIFIED PLAN FOR OUR ANNUAL
CHRISTMAS PARTY on DECEMBER 10, 2022
Previously, we sent out details of the Christmas party to be held in
Wickenburg at the Rancho de Los Caballeros Resort.
Obviously, in years past we have enjoyed that location and the
accommodations. Unfortunately, we
could not establish a buffet menu that justified the cost of $65.00 per
person, so we have cancelled having the event at the Wickenburg resort
and switched to the location below.

We finalized Dillon’s restaurant for our
Christmas celebration.
Many of you are
familiar with this location since we have utilized them for our 4th of
July get together for several years.
The date is Saturday, December 10, 2022.
Their Banquet room will be available for us at 4:30, however many of us
may choose to arrive early, enjoy a drink and visit in the Bar area.
4:30 is 30 minutes later than originally planned due to their other
group commitments just prior to ours.
You will be able to choose your meal selections from Dillon's full menu
and each individual (couple) will be billed separately.
(This offers us a much better selection than the limited buffet we had
arranged at the resort and much less expensive.)
The Club will pick up the cost of onion rings for an appetizer and also
pay for the dessert of your choice
I have attached the current attendance list and removed the names of
those members who said they cannot attend. Three members have not yet
sent their RSVP, please do so, thank you.

Dillon's Pork Baby Back Ribs
are back on the menu!!!
If you have enjoyed these Ribs in the past and
would select this as your menu choice December 10th, please let us know
when you confirm your attendance.
We want to be sure they have plenty on hand.
