The spring social HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED
DUE TO RAIN UNTIL Saturday March 22nd from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
It will be held at Ebeyer’s home. The attached
link provides detailed directions whether you drive from memory, a map
or use GPS.
The first thing we
need is to get your RSVP by Feb 24th so we can arrange the proper amount
of food the club is providing, paid for by your annual club dues.
March 15th the weather at our home should be
very pleasant, we will be eating on the patio.
The club will be supplying the following entrees
and several side dishes: Beef Brisket, roasted Chicken, Baked beans,
cold slaw, and potato salad.
We need additional potluck dishes from the
members, see the list below.
Mixed Potluck Items suggested
1) Desserts --
brownies, cake, cookies, pies
2) appetizers,--
chips & dips, shrimp, veggie tray, cheese tray, other?
3) pasta salad,--
fruit salad,

We need a few members to bring a card table and
folding chairs, if you have them, please let me know by email

We currently have seating for 24 souls, we need
11 more seats based upon our expected attendance of 35 souls but there
is room for the entire membership which would be wonderful to have.
